you go ALL IN to win it for this yr. even if he leaves and you get absolutely nothing in return, youre team is still set with russ/kd/serge
which is what they have now lol. OKC biggest mistake cause Kevin Martin is no James Harden. They could have gone with James this year and if he didn't resign, you sign OJ mayo who is AT LEAST better than K mart

Yo OKC...

How exactly is OKC choking?

They're playing without their 2nd best player and have to depend on the likes of Ibaka, Fisher and Martin to fill the void.

Hell even with Westbrook, this was going to be a tough series for them because the Grizzlies are a very good team.

still dont understand why they didnt keep james and trade him after this season
the Rockets offered them the Raptors draft pick....no way I'm turning down that deal while they also send Jeremy Lamb and Perry Jones to play for us.

And the OKC and Media were still on that James Harden not showing up to the finals BS

I remember when I thought we lost in that harden trade, my god was I wrong, Martin is flat out basura and Jeremy Lamb has been about as useful as royce White, and that Toronto pick isnt gonna be top 10 (most likely).

Brooks aint giving him time to shine. He shouldve used him a couple times in the regular season to test the waters, but no. Stubborn will be stubborn.

exactly just look at Reggie Jackson blowing up, and look at James Harden the NOW ALLSTAR!!! Brooks is a wasteman and I pray the OKC Staff fire his ***, he is a horrible coach

K Mart is only good against bad teams aka a regular season player. The harden trade will forever haunt OKC. They could of made it work one way or another, heck, just knowing he was on a championship quality team probably would of done it. O well, neither here or there at this point.

Well to be fair to Brooks, the Harden argument isnt fair since Harden had to play behind Russ and KD. Of course him having his own team gives him his shine.

I do agree Brooks is an average coach. Jackson is good money, and im sure Lamb could have been very useful off the bench. Hope he gets an opportunity next season to show his talents.

i feel like KD hasn't even peaked yet, once a solid team is put in place around him it could be reminiscent of the bulls.. dude has such raw talent his game is only gonna get better.. he will play way beyond lebron, melo and these others dudes mentioned in terms of a career.. KD will get rings

Everyone is comparing KD to LeBron in Cleveland, when KD is still playing in a much tougher Western Conference. Those Cleveland teams basically had first round byes with the weak Eastern Conference. The Thunder actually played a talented Houston team in the first round which they beat.

Bruh.

In Harden's exit interview he stated:

This is something special here,” Harden said. “A dynasty is being built here. So we’re winning, we’re having fun and we’re brothers. The other stuff, you can’t buy it.

And we all know how that turned out.

LBJ would still have took em out, no excuse. LBJ impact is nothing the league has seen before
