Yep they are. Him and andruw jones have 'em. (Andruw Jones doesn't deserve a jockstrap let alone, nice cleats). CC had a similiar pair but the pair wasa black/red cw

the MVP cleats have grown on me. but i still prefer playing in my 2k4's or 2k5's.
IMO best cleats nike has made are the 2k4s.

Where did you get these. I'm about 90 percent sure that these are cws cleats or maybe olympics ones I havnt seen one pic from the olympics yet. And I havea question for you. How many minor league players have contracts with Nike/adidas/reebok/etc. Even minor ones?

those are discusting. I just got a shipment from UA with stuff about 6 boxes. Its nothing special. Two pairs of Raptors. 6 dri-fits and 2 dri-fit shorts, 2BG's. If you guys want up close pics of the Raptors PM me. I might try and get some ignites or if I'm lucky swingmans.

The leather piece on the toe on those comes all the way up to the laces, but the upper on many MLB versions has a mesh toe box similar to the '07-'08Clipper. If you look closely at this pic of Ted Lilly, you can see what I mean:

Those mvp's are laporta's. A lot of guys get things through their agents but as far as i know there are 3 guys with nike deals. Anyone you see withnike personalized gloves has a nike deal for sure. They are really pushing to get their guys to use their gloves but most of them dont cuz they suck. I onlyknow of one guy in our whole minor leagues that has adidas. They are one of the harder ones to get a deal through. There are like five guys that have reebokdeals on my team. They seem to be pushing it a lot. And all of them are pitcher. Seems that reeboks fit pitchers a little more than position players. Theirclassic models are very supportive but a little heavy and work very good for pitching. They are trying to come out with more stylish and lighter cleats such asthe wheels. Only two of us use the gloves though. I don't play with anyone that has it but mizuno seems to have a lot of clients in the minors.
With regard to the custom cleat tennis shoes that people talk about, i have heard a lot of good things about them. Its the best of both worlds. good shoes thatare cleats. The only thing i have heard is that if you use shoes that have too much cushioning the cleats sink into the air pockets and dont dig into theground.
