Has anyone received a letter for a Class Action Law-Suit against Cole Haan?

About 2 weeks ago I received a letter about a class action lawsuit against Cole Haan. The case is based on the premises of the TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act) in which Cole Haan sent unsolicited text messages to customers. I found it strange, but as part of settlement we can get a $25 check or 35% off at Cole Haan. Anyone else received this? :nerd:

Just got a $10 check from Pop Chips in the mail today. I posted the link a while back but thats on yall........
 
I got a letter about a $250 one from Microsoft but I assumed it to be some sort of identity theft attempt or something because I don't think Microsoft has office in Atlanta
