Spoelstra played Allen again over 26 mins. For preseason, he should be playing no more than 20. I'm honestly kind of worried about Spoelstra's management of minutes.

Definitely a heavy set of minutes but remember again, Ray probably won't start the better half of the season .... Battier will take the helm for the bulk of the first half .... these preseason minutes are probably purely just for conditioning purposes I wouldn't look too far into it where drawing concerns

When are the Big 3 & company unveiling their championship rings?

I want to see what they look like.

Should be interesting to see how this team responds coming off the championship.

I expect LeBron to beast as usual and have another MVP caliber type season. I think Wade's role will be diminished a bit given the addition of Ray Allen and also Spo may limit his minutes a bit given his proneness to injury. The bench should be better given the addition of Ray, and the other role players being more seasoned by last seasons playoff run but we'll see. Bosh should be more of a focal point of the offense, especially in the post.

The one achilles heel of this could be the absence of a true big, especially going up against the likes of the Bynum, the Gasol brothers and Dwight.

Looking forward to opening night.

The last time the Heat kicked off the season as the defending champions it didn't go so well for them.

A good byproduct of that game was the classic Zo gif though so it wasn't all bad.
