spoelstra is not a good coach. period. talent carries the heat. talent and willpower. spoelstra is our best-dressed cheerleader. (SIDEBAR! a friend of mine from highschool is a dancer for the heat, its sophie. the little asian one) if i was spoelstra, in those games where its tight in the 4th id send in the kill squad. Wade running pg. Ray allen at sg. Lebron at sf. Bosh at pf. Birdman at c. KILL SQUAD. spoelstra likes to do stuff like like "hmm we're down by 20 in the 4th? id better put norris cole in. thatll do it."

Hmm. Interesting. I don't think Spo is a terrible Coach. There's been times where I've seen him draw up pretty good plays, but yeah I guess most of our body of work is our talent lmao. And I'm honestly surprised that isn't a line up more often.

Norris Cole plays real good D but I've seen him try to do fast breaks on his own and get stuffed and it really pisses me off lmao.

norris cole shows potential but hes still making rookie mistakes. he goes too fast for himself. more often than not, he'll run a fast break at 100% of his speed, go for the layup and itll rim out or just brick off the backboard cuz he was out of control. he'll tighten up with time.

He travels nearly ever play. That's not even an exaggeration. What I mean by playing by the rules, if they were to enforce traveling and stop giving him such an advantage like hes running for touchdowns he would look almost average at times. he's got sloppy footwork and he gets away with it by doing spectacular things with it

Were you even a Heat fan before the Miami Heat got LeBron James? The statements in your post are baseless. There is absolutely no evidence to back up your claims. Pat Riley, who is a genius at evaluating talent, hand picked Eric Spolestra to coach the team in 2008 (pre LeBron). You mean to tell me you know more than him.
As a coach Spolestra he has never missed the playoffs and is able to get players to buy into his system regardless of skill set. He was self made before LeBron got to Miami. He does everything a coach is supposed to do which is managing and cultivating talent. Does he sometime make mistakes, sure... But every great coach makes mistakes. The fact that he was able to get three superstars to sacrifice and buy into his system shows how great of a coach he is.
Look at the Lakers, they have talent... Why aren't they winning games?
What you are doing is what most FANS do. Because you don't understand something you lash out with emotion. You question the Miami Heat's 4th quarter lineup when that is the same lineup that won the Championship and 27 games in a row.
