I heard Reggie's on MLK is pretty good, never been myself and the recommendation was from two of the whitest kids ever.

PS Styles on like 6th & Jackson in downtown portland. It's right near PSU's campus best barber in town. He cuts a lot of pro athletes in the area and some who travel in for games.
