Best Nike Basketball Shoes?

I'm looking for a basketball shoe that has: Nice colorways, lightweight (point guard/shooting guard), thick mid sole that adds to height, and has good ankle support. 

Any ideas? I was leaning toward the LeBron X, but I've heard that their a bit heavy and stability is not that great on them. The KD V looks awesome, the only thing questionable on those is the heal cup; if it gives you lock down or just for fashion, traction, and breathability.. No one will really know until they release or someone does an early performance review on them haha.

kobes 4-6 or BB1-2 (will be tough to find depending on your size). these are some of my favorite basketball shoes ive ever played in especially the BB1s.
 
As a smaller guard I love the Kobe VI's, plus you can get a pair for less than $90 including shipping right now, if you can track some down at a nike outlet. I play a few times a week and they've held up well. I liked them so much I just ordered another pair from the Oklahoma City outlet in the Imperial Purple/Del Sol colorway. From what I was told there are a lot left in the Lakers home colorway still.
 
I've always had my eye on the Hyperdunk Elite for all of the great reviews it had performance wise (plus they are nice looking shoes), but the $200 price tag was way too much.

Luckily, I came across a pair for over 50% off at my local Nike Outlet a few days ago.

But, it sounds like you want something that's current? Anyway, do some research and see what you like from the reviews.

Love my hyperdunk elites which I got after reading numerous 'best ever' reviews.  Also hated the $200 tag but got lucky and stacked coupons on NDC when they were already marked down and got mine for over 50% shipped which was great. 

My only critique would be i "think" that the material has pinched my toe at times when i pivot since it's flexible and firm at the same time, anyone else felt this?

Based on the shoe you described tho the first one that came to mind was the JB Super.Fly.  Tons of cws, a nice lookin shoe, and counterkicks gave them a killer review.  I always thought they looked sick and plan on scoopin a pair of the Olympics melo set the record with if I can catch 'em at outlet pricing.

Personally I won't play ball in a shoe I spent more than $100 to get.  If I'm spending over a hunny I'm gonna treat that shoe real nice like.
 
I know I'm a little late lol, but go with Hyperdunks. Whether they're elite or not doesn't matter. I've always have balled in them and I haven't got one complaint about them.
 
The Lebron Zoom Soldier. Best shoe ever. Even better than the Hyperdunks or the Lebrons, or any shoe Nike makes at this moment.
