I rather hear him on that ESGN type of music....them beats on there... But he always have like 4-5 hard beats on his CDs anyway...that's the songs I jam the most from him

ESGN vintage gritty / grimey Gibbs to me. Even got a few dope soul samples worked in.

He can rap over anything honestly. ESGN, Pinata, and Cold Day In Hell all have a different sound. Never heard Shadow Of A Doubt though

Shadow Of A Doubt had a mix of sounds but nothing truly sounded like his Madlib produced stuff on it. Never finished it but there are some great songs on it like Extradite, Freddie Gordy & Forever And A Day
He basically got black balled after the Jeezy stuff. I dont think hes ever gon blow cuz of it really. He should be as big as Meek to me

I've never been a fan of curresny.
I agree tho, gibbs should be on a way bigger platform. Its crazy how if you think about it, he doesnt have the image to be a star, but then you got a dude talkin aboit slaughtering daughters and murda murda pew pew pew and is a MAJOR star.

Dude more than likely caking harder than a lot of these rap dudes, including Meek because he's getting that independent money. That money's more lucrative than the camera flashes and change these other dudes get from a major. Plus, the creative control.

Nah man he needs to push that ESGN as a label and get some raw talent under it. He the only dude in his state that can rap. He can guide them young dudes to stardom based off his label experiences and years in the game.
He needs to drop some kind of tape already. I know hes enjoying his freedom but dam man drop a ****** tape already.

Gibbs has a good team around him. He won't ever sign with anyone again. He learned his lesson and built his team to position himself independently.
