Got an anniversary coming up with my fiance, and I'm gonna get her a pair of NG's as a gift since I'm so tired of her rocking all those 10$ discount rack stuff

can't be living like this anymore, or no more anniversaries are coming up!!

She is mostly an Converse/Vans chick, how do these compare in sizing to something like Chuck Taylor's or Half Cabs?

This would be the first time JB has put an actual heavy hitting colorway on the high '85.

Which is insane considering the model has been out for basically 5 years.

honestly I'd look for NG lows 85s over the highs. I think the highs would be a lot for a woman especially if she isn't into kicks.

The lows can be worn with more options and they are a great everyday casual sneaker. They also can be had for about half the price.

I haven't worn chucks in a long time but when I did I always sized down I would think her AJ1 size is at least a half a size up from her CT size.

Gotta move the cws people want less simply because they’re 85s before dropping the ones people REALLY want (Breds/Chis/Royals/Shadows/BTs).

5 years of buying off shape alone.

My only 85s are the NGs and black and Whites. None of the others were that appealing to me. I might get the metallics if they hit discounts.

ready for the black toe leaks to roll out....God I hope that'll be a easy one to score. I was shocked how easy the lows was to get last summer. I remember during covid all lows sold out...even trash colors lol

Thanks for the tips, I was actually looking for those 85 Low's or Black Toe's, maybe even those UNC's. I need to be discreet since she mostly works from home to check her proper Chuck Taylor size
