Yeah that's what's holding me back and had me at least throwing the question out there. It's a clean, classic colorway.

I also can see these following the shadows in terms of market price. Low now but may jump up later on like the shadows did.

I follow @lickmysoles on Twitter & I know she's some chick who works at FCNY. She's always posting up credible detailed pics of shoes before stores get em & she tweeted earlier that anyone holding onto NYC 1's for high profit better sell them soon because there are major restocks coming for them & price will plummet. Yes I know it is a rumor as of now but she's been credible as far as I can tell & just thought I'd pass this info on to the AJ1 thread fam. Take it for what it's worth.

Regardless the same resellers are probably gonna "win" pairs, so I can't see these dropping that much unless they release them online

if they release em the same way they did last time price will only go up. I don't see these having a wider release because of the address of the store on the inside of the tongue

Some kid who resells heavy out there confirmed this in her comments (the "in 2 weeks part at least"). Was just paraphrasing what she said & don't really agree w/ the whole price drop thing but more so just passing the info along in here... so NY heads or those that are going to be in the area who missed out can have another shot.

baron's are great.  i love my pair.  the liner in particular.  much more comfortable than the other 1's.

AGREED. Barons liner is literally double the amount of cushion compared to the rest. It's a tempurpedic mattress in that ankle area

I thought I was tripping, I agree barons are hella more comfy.

Same goes for lance mountains, wore them around Europe for 15 days and shocked ppl that hate on 1's comfort that my feet didn't break haha (I did use insoles some days)
