this is generally my line of thinking but i was able to cop melo 1s at retail for 130. I'll probably go ahead and get the bw1s soon. I already have 1 pair but they go so well with everything that I foresee myself wanting a back up pair. Im not the type to hoard shoes, i wear em all.

same colorblocking as bred/royal/shadows but with gold
nubuck suede material feels nice

Black and Gold is a great color combo and I should like the melos as well but they're very meh to me.

Melos are okay... I copped but wasn't dying for them. Def would not pay over retail...
A couple of guys on here are under the assumption they will shoot up on value because of the color blocking Ala the newfound "shadow" hype. But only time will tell.
Like someone else said they look good with all black on and a chain.
