Haha that's funny you say that I have seen some of his auctions and they are at least $200 over market value. He has a lot of pairs for sale too. Looking at his feedback there are suckers that buy from him, I wonder if they pay full price. Still, for the amount that of stock he has he doesn't make many sales (at least from his feedback).

Just picked up 2 x pair of 2001's. Neither pair came with the extra laces did they? That is they only came with the black laces? (btw laces came with these but washed them, hence not on the shoes)

Excellent pick up. No, neither came with extra laces. Just black laces and a Jumpman keychain.

People intentionally list a high price so people will message them with offers. They do the transaction straight through PayPal and not eBay so they don't have to deal with the 10% seller fee

that guy has a lot of shoes in ny size 11.5. I've messaged him before about some kicks and he didn't budge at all, wouldn't even discuss it. So I moved on. I guess they just wait for some rich kid or something to just pay it?

The quality of the leather on the Banneds is on another level in comparison to the 2013 Bred 1's.

Them Banned 1s are like master balls, man; hard to come by.  The rarest 1 out of the bunch and the crowning achievement/holy grail in a Jordan collection.

Banned 1's are nice but not that hard to acquire if you wan't them bad enough. No AJ1 collector is going to consider them their top pick up, definitely not over any nice OG, especially any of the rare OG metallics.

I would, and I had the OG's. The OG's are too old now. Plus, the Banned's still have the nicer leather I prefer.

I guess we just have different opinions of what a grail worthy shoe is. Every die hard 1 fan I know has the banneds has well.
