There's not really a formula. The best steals I've gotten have simply been right place, right time, and a whole lotta luck.

Just know a set price you're willing to pay, be patience and always have cash on hand! 

I searched for almost an entire year before I found a pair of breds for a price I was willing to pay..... 

Finally found it one day at work when I was bored searching CL ads for $325...

I did a quick legit check here and jumped on it after I confirmed it was legit!
