but wouldn't it make sense to not purchase them if you don't like them? Or should we buy everything and judge them later?
Not sure what world you live in. If i don't like something, I don't buy them.
You NYC lovers just don't get it. I don't care what the quality is like, if the pair isn't appealing to me, i don't cop. Plain and simple. Easy concept to understand, i thought.

exactly. Thats part of the problem. People be buying shoes just because. Shoes they don't even care for.

so overall, what did you guys feel about all star weekend in NYC? was it what you expected, or somewhat of a letdown?

i felt like for the most part it was a letdown for me. there were deff some cool things but i may have overhyped myself
From a festivities standpoint it couldn't have been better. From a sneaker standpoint nike kind of dropped the ball IMO. SNKRSTATION was very unorganized and in many regards not worth it for most the people who went. All the restocks went to the resellers anyway - besides getting GRs released early there wasn't much for anybody who wasn't lining up for hours.

from a sneaker standpoint, it should have been amazing, being that it was in NYC. Maybe Nike did that on purpose though.

that hit the nail on the head. the pearl pavilion and flatbush seemed cool when i went but SNKRSTATION was trash. lining up and everything was a mess and honestly didn't feel worth it. when i went it was cool to get to see the app i guess but the screens they had in there froze so you couldnt even play with the app in the store. and i heard frags are there at this time as well but i didn't even bother going out there again because of the feeling of disappointment the last time i went
i think nike was more about just pushing out the app rather than supplying sneakers which is what i originally had in mind. it was more about the experience than anything else

SNKRSTATION should've been really awesome. Instead, it was a letdown.
Also, they shouldn't have released shoes only early so only campers got them. It should've been spread out and have just been done randomly. If you were lucky at the right time, you copped.

Well all star weeknd here in NYC was trash. I waited the weekend before I said it. The Pearl pavilion was OKAY but everything could have been better. Straight trash with what Nike/ jordan brand makes in sales this weekend was wack.
didn't pavilion basically get all of the good stuff? Frags, Don Cs, etc? I missed out on all those too but I wouldn't say it was all trash.

we should of got frags at snkr station, they made us wait all that time for some basic kicks especially if u had a late appt. I like the PP, I went yesterday and today but again the lines man. I copped a huge meal driving home from the city now under mad covers drinking tea. I spent most my day today outside on lines. idk how people camp, NDC or die.
word I waited outside for about an hour 15 for snkrstation and I even for just that short period I considered just leaving. I literally thought I was risking losing my toes lol. I could never camp. Maybe when it's perfect lukewarm spring/summer weather lol
