I can't just dislike something without it having to be about money?

I pay RESELL for most of my kicks, because i can. I don't have time like some of you to take the necessary steps to get shoes on release day. Its something I live with and very content with. I also don't cop every single release that comes out. I might have copped 5 jays last year.

I like what I like. Don't care for hype. I like my 1's simple/traditional. All of the ones I mentioned have been ugly BEFORE/AFTER release to me. All of those could have release 500k pairs and i wouldn't have copped on a discount (i thought melo's and gum bottoms were more appealing than all of the ones i mentioned - and i didn't cop those either).. Not sure why thats strange for anyone to understand.

Sorry I don't have the time like some to cop 5+ pairs of the same shoe on release day, to sell. I choose to pay resell in order to avoid checking around to see who's getting what. Family time > trying to cop sneakers. **shrugs shoulders**

Seems like theres always people who think new colorways are terrible...like when the mocha 3s dropped...or the Doernbecher 6's...nothing new here. Wait a few years and people start clamoring about how nice the older releases were

You should've read my post more carefully,I stated that 10-15 years ago new colorways were sweet."Do the right thing for example" and they need to bring mocha 3's back...my third favorite J's OAT

Someone asks a similar question at least once a day on this and the AM 1 thread. Why don't yall just look ? I don't think folks walk around with a Dow Jones of a sneaker value unless they are shopping for it themself. It's not hard to gauge the market. We are blessed with tabbed browsing.

The problem with what you said is that sneakers = life for a lot if dudes in here. They are the walking Dow jones of sneaker pricing.

yeah the leather on these are superb. I was going to go for black LM's since i can get that for the same price as the NYC's. But still like some people, the mismatched pulled me away a little. NYC's are a must in NYC (no pun intended lol)

You know a easy way to look for fakes? If it's too good to be true then it is. If you see a pair you are interested in you can always LC it here FYI, being you are a rook around here.

I'm not in the know on who's getting what here in LA. Sorry. I don't even participate in raffles because it takes time to do it. I'm lazy when it comes to trying to cop shoes. If I cant click the mouse or go to the store at 2p on a Saturday, then I'm not copping for retail. Resell price is just the easy way to do things for ME.

It's my situation. I'm not saying anything about you buying 9 pairs of shadows and selling them. That's your situation.

I have a real job that I will only let take time from the fam because it provides a great life for them. Shoes? Nah. Waking up at 5a to strike out? Nah. I need that extra sleep to be a productive father for my kids.

Having an opinion on something means I'm being negative I guess. Ok, call me Mr negative!!!
