i always felt this pair was pure sweetness. One of the best 1's, right behind the main 3. I'm not a quality person either. I just think black/white/blue go with anything and everything.

But i get called a hater because i voice my opinion about the price.

That how life is now man (especially on the internet), if your opinion does not match everyone else's then you get roasted.  Some people have other proprieties to take care of and can't afford to spend $1000 on one shoe that was originally $185 (a price that was affordable for them).  The Frags look alright but not worth the price.

thats great for you. But for every person, like yourself, that says they been wearing frags for years, 5 people are saying "to be honest, I don't know who this dude it, but i still paid $1000."

And I'll remind people that its your money (not you specifically) and congrats for those of you that have pairs, whether you paid retail or $1000.

I just can't do it and look at myself like i made a wise decision.

size 10.5 is $850.

size 11 is still $650

Lol I'm a size 10 back in early 2014 on FC bred 1s were $400-575, Royals were $600 and shadows $350. Compared to now was the best time I copped period

I'm just not factoring in all the "hype" because I was all in from the beginning (GR or Limited)

I guess they hype ruined it for a lot of people which is a damn shame because everyone deserves to get their hands on a release like this

At the end of the day, If i was to have Breds, Royals, Shadows, Black/Whites, Black Toes and Frags in front of me with the same traits they have now.

Frags would be a no brainer because they're far above what any of those 2013s could offer in terms of overall bang for your buck (all history aside)

I really hope these Chicago's get the Frag treatment

 

Chicagos, Lasers, and Shattered Backboards are all getting that Frag treatment, they're all the same mold. Laser 1s are the most comfortable pair I own at the moment.

Lasers got the frag treatment? I must have been in a horrible mood the day i had those in my hand. I was thoroughly unimpressed. But i think it had more to do with the cw. I thought it was fugly and that blue tint of a sole was nasty to me.

It could very well be like walking on clouds, but for me, the looks must be there first. I've never understood the laser look. Probably in the minority.

The shoe is worth what "that" man will pay. You might pay 600 or etc. Just cuz some blowpop in Billings, MT paid that doesn't make it a going rate. It's the gift and the curse. Made us a little bit more "respected" but the side effects are the rogue market and thirsty as. hypebeast. Big guy prey on little guy for said shoe. Lowballs little guy. Puts big guy prices up. Hype beast with a lofty amount of disposable income and presto viola ...bad vibes.

oh yeah lmao. there's plenty of shoes I've paid pretty high amounts of money for in order to make money off of them lol. college really made me appreciate my mom buying me a new pair or pair(s) of shoes every month growing up, so I pretty much kept the staples and do what we said above, in order to make my shoes free. I'd really like a pair of ROs or Solars for myself but I can't imagine wearing a mortgage payment on my feet, as bad as I treat my stuff lol.
