So, I definitely have to get the "Chicago" 1's, but seeing as they're going to be soooo hyped and sought after, I'm thinking about just pre ordering them and making it a done deal. Or do you guys think there will be enough to go around? I honestly have no problem just ordering from a UK site, and would prefer to do that.Just not sure they won't fly off the overseas shelves in break neck speeds. But I'm not trying to get abused by the reseller prices. What say you?

Well, we are talking about fair here. I bought a DS pair off eBay around when the NA shadows dropped for $150 shipped. After the fact, when the NA's dried up and were unattainable, resellers marked them up like crazy.

Well the fact is the quality on the 2009 as far superior to the 2013 there's no question to it

well the size also plays a part in resell value. But the general opinion is that people like the 2013 pair more and their market price right now is far higher than 2009. IMO based on what I've seen, 09's don't fetch anymore than $350 in DS condition. Sure they rarely pop up, but when they do, people aren't exactly throwing money at you for them despite the better quality.

Well I mean if you think about it it's kinda like the white cement 3's, how MOST people would prefer to have the ones that say Nike Air on the back. At least for me I like the shoe as close to the OG's as possible. I never liked the Jumpman on the back of the 1's and on the tongues. It's all preference though I guess.

It's all preference... Some ppl only like na highs... Some like the jumpman some like lows.... But mids , ppl hate mids most of the time... Which I hope u all keep hating on them so I can grab them for 30-50$ lol

The collars are still chipped but they look amazing almost better that way. Truly a vintage restoration.

I scooped up a pair of used 09 Shadows for $220 which at the time I thought was a bargain, but I would have loved a DS pair for $275! Damnnn

To apply it to my situation and not the quality comparison. Which we all know. It's NT we know. But shoes were used. Ppl buy used. And in terms of longevity of the shoe the 13 wins and I like clean heels and nike air tags too. [emoji]128527[/emoji][emoji]128527[/emoji][emoji]128554[/emoji]
