Honestly I see sizes 11 and up going for around the same price $200-250

Took me forever to find a size 8.5/9 for the price I paid (the elusive shoe size)

Deals are out there just have to be patient and keep looking

I believe a member once mentioned red wing mink oil. His homie was using it and it turned his 2013 breds into almost banned like quality. Keep in mind tho that the oil will turn your leather shiny

Saddle soap works well or you can get reviews for any leather conditioner and go from there, i believe @geraldg2309 did a full review of a product that works awesome. Let us know or post the link if you can.
