Just an FYI, lacelab has size 63" black leather laces if you need an few inches.

They also have royal, red, white, gold, and silver leather laces.

I've seen quite a few with this, super uneven collars - it even looks shorter than the left shoe

I've also seen A LOT of pairs with super uneven soles...

Yeh checked eBay. Only 1 11.5 and guy has 0 feedback

That's what I was just thinking. Seems really glossy, but could be that they were given a coat of leather conditioner.
