I would rather have a pair of 2013 royals over a pair of 2001s. The '13s are much closer to the og, and I like the shape of them much more. The 01s look a little shorter aswell, almost like a mid cut. I really like all of the og 1s that came out last year, jordan brand did a good job at recreating the originals.

I hope you know that 2001s are actually cut about the SAME if not a little higher than 2013 pairs. Not even close to a mid cut.

What shoe are you talking about? It should match the Nike style code for the model. Pretty sure the fake pairs have that figured out already so there is probably no use doing what you are thinking. Ultimate test of authenticity is the shoe. You need to post pics of the shoe in the legit check section. Pictures of the box, lace bag, and everything else can help the process too.

Similar model will be released in the coming months with the Nike Air tag...still nice but rather have the new ver!
