it happens with half the legit listings i see, people don't want to wait for the auction & lose it, so they negotiate through paypal or some do it for a better deal

2013 Chicago 1s don't get the love they deserve. The quality isn't as bad as people say. When you actually put some wear on them the leather softens up. These and the powder 10s have been my favorites for the summer.

Way off topic but mostly knowledgeable folks in here so I'll ask anyway what would the bin 23 pack sell for all together and individually I have the opportunity to grab the whole set for a decent price (i think) but don't really care for two of the pairs and would like to be able to get some of it back if I do pick them up
