well i dont like how the ankle is feeling plus they are kinda small on me, and my first option after i sell them is royals. or 88 3s
The ankle on 94s is so stiff... Doesn't even make me want to rock em. I sold mine off cause I was just too afraid they'd magically break down.

yeah and the size was too small too so even when i tried them on i was scared.

Yea my tops is $700.

I wouldn't necessarily mind paying that either because Jordan 1s and AF1s are the only 2 silhouettes that I really wear.
Are you still selling any pairs of yeezys? I think you were selling a few pairs a while back

Right now I don't have any, but if that changes ill hit you up.
I just saw you sold your solars for 4.2k

Crazy man. Im sure you can afford spending some $$ on royals. I have a few pairs my way. Get at me if you move anymore y2s

Yeah I could, but I'm not gonna make a poor investment either.
if i made money from sneakers i would spend all of them on sneakers or stuff i wear or consume. not trying to make money off sneakers or a living outta that. i would buy them royals lol

just buy the damn royals

you are gonna regret it sooner or later once they dry up for good

you made some money, if you wanted to spend $700 sell a pair of crappy shoes to get that extra to make it feel a little better and cop em. trust me, you wont regret it. its a nice shoe. wish i never passed on $650 a few months back on what would have been my 2nd pair :smh: :smh:

now i gotta wait til they retro again

WOW, god damn i would pay 1000 if i sold a pair of yeezys.

I paid $3,000 for the shoes, and after fees and shipping I was left with roughly $4,000. Now $1,000 for a flip is very good, but I'm 18, applying to college, and would rather save money to pay for furthering my education in some field of business, though I'm uncertain what I want to go into. Even when I buy shoes now-a-days, I am always conscious of what I pay, because when I decide I want to to get rid of my sneakers, I sell them. If I can't get >= 60% of what I paid on the shoes, I paid too much.

Heck, I'm even debating if I'd drop $700. Thinking about it, $550-$600 would be what I pay.

Investment? They're sneakers man

Are you buying the Royals to wear or to gain value in your closet?

To wear, but I also don't want to pay for a sneaker that is going to lose it's value substantially.

Imagine buying the Chicago X before the retro released and you lost nearly 50% of what you paid, that would suck.

Let's just say I had to sell a lot of SB dunks for those patents. Got a steal on the levi's though from eBay

Bit the bullet as I like to say. One day il do the same, only 2-3 pairs in the world id drop a stack on if I had it spare, them blk/gold are one. Spewin I passed on levis for 450 few mths back, nice cops tho bro. very nice

Do you buy shoes because you like them or because you want money? You seem confused. Who cares if they retro, ive got many shoes that have and will retro this next year and I don't care. Il cop again, for a lesser price. And wear and keep em all. You don't sound like a "collector" see if your around the scene when the cool phase has passed eventually and theres no money in it.

I'm into sneakers, and have actually been wearing and paying for my own sneakers since I was in middle school. I realized this year though that while I love sneakers, I need to make smart choices w/ my money. When I get older I could see myself buying more sneakers, but at my age right now I am trying to plan financially wise for the future.

My love for the 1s grew as I got older. I realized I didn't' want to be 26+ wearing patent leather XI (Space Jam exception) and split colorblocking like cherry XIIs. While I loved these types of shoes as a kid and teenager, my style evolved and sneakers weren't the highlight of my outfit, but just an accent. I wanted a simple and timeless sneaker in somewhat subtle colorways which is exactly what 1s are. 2008-2012 didn't offer much in terms of 1s both on a quality and colorway level. But over the last couple years they have been releasing the greatest 1s of all time. Now that I look back what I'm mad that I passed on 1s from 2001 and opting for carolina blue XI, but I was young and now I'm working on pickup those older releases.
in 01 i can only cop a few pairs a year and the 16s were on top of my list then the 11s, the 1s were next but no more budget for them. no regrets tho thanks to 2013 year of the 1s

Yeah man. On that 9th grade budget there was a hand full of shoes that I could get a year.

mikeyman14 mikeyman14 Future and education > sneakers. Once you're able to get that bread you can easily buy breds and not even sweat it. Young man, stay focused and on that grind.

Thanks. There's so many sneakers I love and would like to own but right now I don't see owning all those sneakers as a financially wise choice. I'd rather have a small collection of shoes that I will wear frequently

$450..... that's beyond steal at this point but it happens.

Just paid for a pair of Bred1s, worn once for $335 AUD shipped invoiced (e.g. $295 USD), pretty nice i suppose!

I suggest you to put money for buying and from selling shoes into one pool/account,

and your work money / pocket money / save up / college money into one pool,

that should make you feel better and have a better sense of how much you can spend on shoes.

In my opinion there is no point saving the 3k you made from the yeezys since its not a consistent income.

(you cant do TOO much with 3k anyway)

I would rather you work every week and put money into that saving account on a regular basis,

and spend that money from the yeezys to continue to buy or resell sneakers if thats what you want to do.

(I am 21 and an accounting student. Thats what I do.)
