In my opinion, barons are ugly and unoriginal and probably do the opposite of what a ***** magnet would do, if you want black, white, and grey shoes just get shadows if not then these black & white ones will look fire for centuries to come. Really think about it Mr Joekamel you don't want to regret getting rid of these awesome 1s.

Barons are awesome even if the quality isn't perfect. They are the baby of the shadows and B/W's

That suede/nubuck crap on the heel of the Barons made that pair complete basura for me. I could overlook the average leather quality the average quality build issues, but that out of nowhere suede/nubuck...smdh.

Yeah I dug the blocking, even dug the 3m laces... but after having my pair for a few weeks I couldn't get over the suede/nubuck and sent them back. They looked great on feet, I'm just OCD about little things like that though.

I thought I was the only one who thought that. There's a reason why they sat and people struggled to get rid of their extra pairs, at first. I still think they're ugly. I think people just settled on the next OG colorway after Royals released. And people just jumped on it after the hype started growing. Maybe no one went for them because an ugly GR 4 came out. But to each their own. Hope I don't get bashed for not liking Shadows.

I like the barons. The nubuck heel makes me only wear them for certain things but dey nice with black pin stripe shorts

Yeah, I don't think they're in the same ballpark as them either. I'm actually surprised Black Toes aren't more hyped.

@TeivLite   I was hesitant about the suede because you can mess it up quick but I like it. You like what you like and thats all that counts. Hope you got your hands on the black whites. The materials on those are

It's all personal preference. Not to start the whole ranking thing, but I'm a huge 1s guy and I wouldn't put royals in my top 3. I think people hold them in high regard bc they were so limited this time and their value. I do still want a pair tho

we need OG metallics released, OG uni's and i wouldnt mind og styled black metallics but in all honesty yeah its preference but the fact that this shoe started it all for most of us i would almost have to say they are all equal (to a certain extent) but thats only og high 1s and no mids are worth mentioning imo (****** 1s just look weird)
