Not my size bro, flipped the initial pair then didn't sign up for the next raffle because of what I went thru the 1st release. Definitely a mistake on my behalf, I'll be prepared for the next shipment though.
No you don't, waste of time to me, it's nothing like when it originally started. Make matters worse, dudes with the heat just there for show & flex, they ain't trying to make no moves out here pump faking :smh:
I ain't see you out there at the original release, you mean the 1st raffle?

I didn't go myself, you know I'm not about that campout life  .. Had someone do the dirty work and I basically middle manned the deal for a pretty penny since I knew it wasn't my size. Will be prepared for the next wave.

Oh yeah guys, GS only releases are going up to 9.5 in mens now in 2015

Misconception.

They're going to go up to GRADESCHOOL 9.5, not MENS 9.5. If I'm not sure how the GS to Men's conversion works, but if it's like Women's sizes worked then that means they'll be going up to the equivalent of a Men's 8.

They're going up to Womens 11 which is the equivalent of Mens 9.5. I should have said that in the the post.

I stand corrected, 9.5 GS doesn't equal 9.5 WMN.

However, I have a correction for your post as well: they're expanding to a Women's 11, which is a GS 9.5, which is a Men's 9.5 from what it seems.

I remember dudes who wore a size 7 were able to go with either a Men's 7 or a 7Y, but for some reason I assumed things wouldn't stay that simple as sizes got bigger.

Well, I'll probably be trying to squeeze my 10.5 foot into some 9.5 Citrus XIs next summer like a dumb***

Damn your a women's 12 idk how your gonna wear a shoe an entire sz down. Cut your toes off.

Flight23 has about 20+ in each size of the NYC 1's, dude was flipping thru the raffle book

Prices will drop once they get their full shipment

Shadows and Spongebob with my son
Straight living the dream :pimp:

1000

In other news, I had a dude come up to me at the mall and shake my hand for "wearing my shadows in the rain"?

Anyone ever have anything like this happen to them?
I was speechless

They're nice but I wouldnt do it if I were you. Now if they were the 01 cherry lows then I'd have to tell you to pull the saw out on those feet.

But if I saw off my feet for the Citruses then I'd be ready when the White/Red (I'm not calling any shoes "cherries", my ___) lows drop

Naw, I'm just going to stick to the pairs we talked about a while back for the first half of the year.

Exactly what alp said selling is hard unless it's a recent hyped release but you can definitely find gems there and good deals for that very reason

ok got you, first release wasn't really campout necessary though. if you showed up before 10am you left with a shoe, maybe not the size you wanted but you left with something.

yup. im always broke before every one of those events though :smh: (not really broke, just all my money tied up on inventory). id like to have like 3-5k and flip the script on all those lowballers, some dudes just go there to buy and flip shoes at that same place. can make a pretty penny doing so.

Yea definitely, I know a few people that do, have a potential swap lined up for my 10.5 so hopefully goes through

I keep telling myself that for thenext event ima do that but each time wind up being in the same situation :smh:
its a little iffy though cuz if you don't know what you're doing you might buy the wrong product/wrong price and get stuck with something. Lowballing at a convention is an art

Sneakercon this past summer...just a cockfest with vendors who won't budge $20 to help you cop a shoe and then you have lowballer buyers who rather buy up value for retail
