My b grade blacktoes had some wavy leather and a misaligned heel tab.

I definitely think most b grades have something wrong with them.

Whether the person buying knows/cares is a different story. Knowing all of us in here though, we care.

Just wish they didnt use that damn stamp...ink gets everywhere and on a white tongue its a foul.

ok? my black toe is 100000% fine, and i have friends that bought b grades that have no flaw at all. your just one of the unlucky ones.

It varies between pairs. When I got the Gamma 11s I had to look through 3 pairs before I was happy with one, but my release day Shadows have two different patterns on the midsoles. The B-grades I got from the outlets don't have this issue, and the uppers are just as good. No issues what so ever.
 
Yah its all over the place. I think the person doing the qc has to make a judgment call pretty quick. I dont think they can take two minutes inspecting each pair.
 
Looks like the Fragment logo will be black & not blue like the heel of the shoe... judging from the NDC pics a couple of pages back.

Sucks.

Some people here are speculating that the Japan/Asia release will have the blue logo, and America the black logo.

Navy/Wht and Neutral Grey get overlooked because most people don't understand the beauty in subtle and simple colorways. I hope JB releases them in 2015.
 
^ wrong thread....and I cosign sneakerp, there is beauty to simplicity. Any AJ1 fan will agree. The shadows were just overlooked due to the toro 4s releasing, people had to choose one or the other...and I believe more people were shootin' for the 4s instead that day.

My black toes in rotation are from the outlet release and I couldn't find a flaw either and there's no B grade stamp.
