The combo of the white midsole and sole makes them look like a boot or that they are kind of platformed. I don't like it.

Honestly 09s are way better.
I'm mad because I didn't cop another pair of 09s in 2013 when they were going for $160.
If given the option to choose between 09s and 13 I would take 09s in a heartbeat.

I went out today to check out some stuff and I wore the black/gumsnot mine, but this collection is. not a lot of people would include the black/gums and family forevers in their pics.
I love them because they are simple and understated.
I was worried about the shiny leather, but it is really not tacky or gaudy.
They are sitting everywhere in Atlanta so I will play the waiting game and double up.
I went to one mall and they still had Highlight Reels in 3 different stores sitting.
Everytime I see those shoes I think of McDonalds

I agree. I unDSed my FF the other day and it felt like I was walking on a cloud. I'm mad I waited so long to wear them. They're by far top 3 jordan 1 for me, but then again I also love denim.
Depends what you like. I like BHMs, Lasers, Chicago's and the GS white fruity pebble looking 1's. Those are all dope IMO. I'll probably only get 2-3 of them though.
The sole and gold eyelets make it look like a fancy AJKO boot to me. I do like the Jeters though...they remind me of a baseball FF.

They are really stiff and rigid, but they will do as a durable beater. (rain or shine)
Those are probably going to be $140-$150.
With all that detailed stitching and the fact that they are a true high.
I wonder what the Chinese New Year Jordan is going to look like this year.
Jordan should retire the 1 mid for a couple of years like they are doing the 3s.
There were so many nice mids that would have been better in a high.

I dig the tan ones, I must admit. I just had to sell off my Tisci lows and highs so these may do as a replacement. Although that depends on price.
