You sir are talking crazy. Being a nice shoe doesn't justify a double increase in price. This is what's exactly wrong with the mentality of some of those who buy kicks theses days. Letting resale value and how limited a shoe is influence your buying is lame. Go ahead and wait your 2yrs and see what happens.

You should of stayed there refreshing. I did, and was able to cop. I was tight when I saw the OOS and was about to call Nike and suggest utilizing captchas again for blind releases. Then sizes popped up, and I was like, oh! Haha

No doubt. It's just a bit of a contradiction if someone is like I don't care about resale prices or what's something worth outside of what they paid, and then mention what they think the price will or should be. The shoe is cool we both agree. I'm not alone in the disturbance of after market prices especially when they're still dropping and sitting for retail @ a few locations. Do you playa.

I would have bought the shoe for $300 if I couldn't have found for retail, the one I'm selling right now is because I over paid. I had purchased for almost $200 because I had trouble finding my size.
I see people purchasing them for as high as 240 on the bay ...well last week .... I love the shoe and I doubled up because of it...

I really like how this melo release was done. You didn't know when things were gonna drop and they just would pop up. I think it really evens the playing field against the bot game and I hope it's a sign of things to come. Like Nike doing a test drop with a staggered release

melo's were a great release from a distribution standpoint i agree. almost felt like an easter egg hunt

i like the cw and i like 1s. thats enough for me to buy them. i couldnt care less about resale, but i do agree. i think prices might hit $300s, since i doubt these will ever retro.

You still should've. Those captchas were the only thing that allowed the normal people with the turtle internet speeds to get a pair.

Not really a contradiction at all. NTers talk about the potential value of things all the time. The reality is nobody can REALLY predict it until it happens. Everything else are just guesses. Just because they make an educated guess doesn't mean they're selling theirs.
