Broke down today and bought a pair of Royal's DS for $680 shipped. Cannot wait until they come in. Will post some pics when I get them. so excited.

Nice. I can't get most folks below $750 nowadays for the DS pairs.

I bought the Baron's when they released, but I sold them because the grey nubuck killed them for me, not to mention the leather wasn't great at all. Love the color blocking with the nice liner and laces, but Jordan Brand really went cheap on the materials.

Visually a nice looking shoe though.

Nah they arent the same at all. Both are clean shoes, obviously Shadows are better looking and better quality but barons are nice.

more people would like barons if they had the leather heel.
