Yeah I meant the colorway, it was blood orange or infrared like these, not really red, not really orange. Wasn't mean to compare the materials used because they're both very obviously different materials, this Shattered leather already looks promising

EDIT: In case some of you who don't have the NYC 1's or didn't know, they have a cool insole too.
It's a 3D-ish patch and it's meant to resemble the many New York City manholes. Pretty cool IMO

Color blocking is odd on the orange 1's, but I'm a sucker for 1's so will cop!!!

I would swap the black laces out for the orange ones, that way it will contrast with the black tongue

That would help, but the fact that the toe and heel are the same color, and opposite then sides, is kinda of an eye soar

That's the way I see it. I copped the '94s to wear, but I'd rather have a back up pair of Banneds. I just hope I find someone who's on the same page because I'm not good at keeping shoes DS. My '94s look like they were cryogenically frozen, and I want to give them some added character every time I walk in my closet.
