its already done.

My friend was there half an hour ago waitin for 30 minutes, walked out with a size 11 because there were nothing left. He said he counted about 30-40 heads walk out with pairs in front of him

Regarding the "friend" thing, I real friend wouldn't try and profit off their homie. But also, a real friend wouldn't keep their homie from making several hundred dollars. Just my IMO

With "real friends" money isn't everything...

i guess it comes down to the employee not really having to do anything but cover the retail price of the kicks. he doesn't have to worry about haggling online, waiting on payments to clear, worrying about chargebacks, so the pressure to sell for as high as possible isn't really there. also the employee/reseller relationship can continue. and there's probably some thinking that as price goes up, the greater exposure your risk if the resller gets salty and starts talking too much. remember, the reseller is buying to turn around and profit so the employee can ask for the max.
You're right about all this, maybe at the center of it all - I just hate that these relationships exist lmao. At the end of the day someone got paid $1,200 simply by handing off four boxes...time is money and they saved a hell of a lot of time by doing it this way (not to mention effort). I would personally put the extra effort in myself, but I'm not one of those people. Also as you said, I am sure these people work together on a consistent basis...so it's their best interest to give the reseller a fair price. Ahhh all making more sense as I think about it. SMDH!

Shoes ain't everything other. Goes both ways homie.

All that matters is that you respect the others hustle. If my homie needs an oop, he knows I got him. But it's an unwritten rule to ask for an oop on a super limited pair that was a headache to get.

If my order gets cancelled...there will be an avalanche of salt burying me knowing what just happened a 40 minute train ride away from me

what if your friend goes and flips the ooop you gave them?  How long do they have to hold it until you are comfortable with them flipping it? Even if it's worn?

I don't think it matters if the shoes were limited or not between friends, ESPECIALLY if all he's doing is clicking a few buttons on a computer screen...

I could see if he goes out of his way and camp out for a pair but being on a computer (which he's probably doing anyways) and clicking some button is not too much to ask for between friends...

This just wasn't clicking buttons fam  took over an hour for most people to cop.

I'm supposed to oop someone when they could have done the EXACT same thing I did? But just didn't not too.

Nah, that's not how it works

DSMs are horrible

people on my twitter only supporting them cause they trying to boost their resell value
