Most consignment shops have a couple bad employees, it basically the consequence of cheap labor.
Overall though rif is one of the few shops that has realistic pricing. Everything is priced to sell, they usually aren't trying to drive prices up like flight club.

The two consignment shops I have in Richmond are great in their own way. Some shoes they overvalue (Sold Melo 1s for $400 when they had that secret release with Footaction then recall) but some they drastically undervalue. Like a real life buy-it-now ebay...
