HUARACHE LE RETRO 30th anniversary release this year???

My size 11 gym blue huaraches came in today. Definitely a better fit on me than the 10.5s. I wonder if the UK releases run slightly smaller than the US releases because my beige/crimson 10.5s fit fine
my blue heroes fit better in my 8.5 than my black/venom as well. i'm hoping the scream green falls into the "US release" category just so it will be easier to cop an easier fitting pair online if necessary.

My Size? order doesn't even show that the courier has received it.. This is kinda weird..I definitely just e-mailed Cust. Service.

Anyone notice they made the piece on the heel a solid green instead of the translucent green on the og, 2000 retro and free version? Takes away from the shoe IMO

On a plus side the non translouscent strap on the 2014 version is the same shade as the neoprene. A more uniform look.
Another plus bout this version from the retro and free was the translucent had some yellowing  of the pairs I seen... so if this fixes that a minor detail Im ok with that

To be honest, I have rarely seen yellowing on the huarache translucent strap from any pairs posted over the years. I owned my 2000 scream green pair for close to a decade and wore them a lot in the rain to the beach wherever and they never yellowed.

So your saying you have seen it or no?

Im not saying every shoe produced had this issue but I noticed it a lot on the free cws a few yrs back. It couldve been from the bonding process of joining dissimilar material not necessarily oxidation because Ive seen this issue on shoes sitting in the stores

10 yrs how did you manage to keep them so long... mine never make it past 2-3 yrs

Just hit the bullet on those ultramarine lights from Hanon. Always wanted a pair :pimp: thanks to do who posted the link, already repped ya

If your in the UK and are buying a Grneral release Hanon are fine. But for a hyped release like those triple blacks forget it- unless you like cart jacking or fallen over sites

Man, that all red pair on the love/hate pack is absolutely beautiful.

Todays footwear of choice, time to go for drive while we have the good weather in the uk haha

Only time I saw any yellowing were the pairs I found displayed in store windows, outside of that I haven't seen it.

Lol I dunno I wore my sneakers a lot during college so they got good wear back then. The huaraches were worn good too. I bought them for 20 bucks and figured I could always pick up another pair (never did smh)

I've noticed on a lot of older huaraches with translucent straps is that the straps separate from the shoe.

Also remembered this photo but still too hard to tell if they are translucent or not. But like I said, the hyper punch pair is translucent, the air flights are translucent, so why wouldn't these be?

As a homage to the OG scream green they may decide to change the strap. You probably seen what they did with the Ultramarine Lights, the red was changed to orange. Happens a lot when they retro popular Nikes.

I wish Nike would go ahead and release pictures of the actual shoe like they did with the flight huaraches. We shouldn't have to sit here and play the guessing game about the strap.
