Don't think theres a general consensus, everyone seems to have their own opinion. I have flat feet myself and I find that a half size up is a tad but tight, widthwise, while a full size up was just a tad longer than what I would like. I went for a full size up since i'd rather have them be a little loose than too tight. It also depends on the type of sock you plan on wearing so I'd suggest you go to your local footlocker/footaction and just try on a pair
 
My blue heroes are pretty TTS, but my black/venoms are really really snug. I almost never size up, and can rock a half size down from 8.5 to 8. each colorway seems to be a little different. I pre-ordered the Scream Greens and went a half size up. If they're too big I'll just return them in store since it sounds like they'll be easy to pick up.

I didnt know FTL US ships internationally??
 
afaik they do not. maybe he meant eastbay. they have a system of no backorders for international customers.
 
Anthracites on back order? Theyre sitting at champs and ftl where im at. However...my friend does work at a FTL and he told me no one ever knows when they get shipment of any kind of shoe. Shipment usually comes in a week to the day before release date or maybe even the day of...in his words, its best to wait and call the day before release date

I'm reminded of a Seinfeld bit where he said if you have blood on your clothes maybe laundry isn't your biggest concern.

I'm thinking the latter. They're probably gonna go live with the Scream Greens and Hyperpunches. They definitely didn't sell out cause there's no way they went on sale and no one here copped
