Lol, he sizing has been talked about on practically every single page. True to size is definitely too small. Some people say half size up, some say a full size up. I went a full size up and they fit great.

HOH northline has them, so im pretty sure the galleria does too. I went to the woodlands mall first, they're clueless and didn't have them..

They will ask for your VIP number or name associated with the VIP account. Just sign up for one (VIP account) print your VIP number and any bday coupon for that given month. There is no restrictions on how many times you can use them but common sense goes a long way

Went to FTL and saw a pair on the wall, so i told the employee to get my size, and she comes back saying the one on display was the only one they had, it was probably a return! I told her that was impossible they just came out, so she goes back and literally the boxes were stacked up right next to the door.

THIS. I returned that pair I got yesterday and asked the FTL worker if I could mix match the shoes to get 2 good ones. Apparently she did not feel like going to the back cause I sensed attitude. She told me they all had the issue with the strap. I got a refund then proceeded to another mall, got a crispy pair, and used a birthday coup. Save myself $27 thanks to this thread. Kinda thankful for her attitude.

just got mines from my local mall and they still had a FSR so i was straight... i ended up just going .5 size up and they fit great... i used the birthday coupon too and was shook it wouldnt work because im not a vip member but was fronting like i was but luckily it worked anyway

Give them a break y'all lol. Stockrooms are a damn mess sometimes and if you're a part time employee you won't know every single shoe that comes in and when. If someone walks up to you with a sneaker you've never seen and you go in the back and can't find it, there's a good chance it was a return. Not to mention this is the 2nd busiest time of the year for shoe stores.

To add to that, just because they work at a sneaker store doesn't mean they know every shoe. To some people it's just a job or way for extra income, they don't have the same passion we do.

One thing is to not know the color scheme and or nickname, but to not know what a Huarache is? Then again, it has been a while since the last time we've gotten these here in the states... Ehh it's whatever, I have a pair now. No complaints from me anymore..
