HUARACHE LE RETRO 30th anniversary release this year???

Huas have sat in the US for the past 2 yrs. none of them soldout or were hard to get for months after they released.

When I inquired about the 7 cws (NM) that were slated to release here in the states, I was told most people are confused about the model as they are with Hua in general.

So again my personal preference has no bearing

Except you're operating under the assumption that huaraches popularity isn't growing. If you look at this thread people are constantly asking about this pair and that pair and where they can get a pair in this size or that size. Color ways are selling out and more and more stores are starting to carry them. These haven't peeked yet and are no where close to peaking. They may not be flying of the shelves as jordans (the most successful sneaker line of all time) but pairs are definely being moved. Especially with Nike garnering more interest in trainers and running shoes. So again, no reason to think the NMs would sit, hell there's no guarantee that the huarache frees would have if they're realesd in 2016 in stead of 2012. Trainers are making a come back in a big way. Look at the success Nike is having with the sock dart

You win man.

If your using NT for numbers just scroll to the bottom of ur screen. On avg there is no more than 2k people on the site non members or active.

Im talking hard numbers of units produced. Huas dont move period. Just cuz a shoe is asked about on here means what? Like I said I cant think of a cw that wasn't available when it intially released.

Jordans, darts or any other shoe is a mute point and have completely different marketing and allocations.
Let try to keep the long winded post to a min. you surely can make your point in less characters

need to retro these

Not trying to win anything. Just using NT to demonstrate a point. I just saying there are no hard numbers to know how well a shoe that hasn't been introduced in the U.S. will do. popularity is on the rise for trainers and huaraches, I just don't understand how you can say with certainty that they would or would not do well When we could be as much as year or 2 from even a potential release. If you're trying to make the point that European allocations of the shoe create the image of being sold out well then next time I or someone asks for a pair in a size, point us in the direction where they were stocked heavily on the hot lavas or the black and whites.

Short and simple.

I'm amazed at the longevity of this thread and the Huarache color ways that keep coming out from Nike. This thread is always hopping. Every time I check it another page is added. I got my cool greys last year and wouldn't mind a scream green but glad you guys are getting to eat like crazy.

^ cool greys are cool, had a pair in the past ... the synthetic suede they use makes it a bit heavier than the other colorways using mesh. the new tech fleece model coming out is very similar to the cool greys in terms of color blocking.

I wanna buy a pair of these, but in a neutral grey-ish color.

what's your guys' best advice?

Thanks for the instant response. Been wearing my turqs all day and I swear these made in China pairs are more comfortable. Midsole seems a little softer

Just got my turquoise in and you are 100% right. These are WAY more comfortable than other recent Huaraches. I have Cool Greys, Trip Blacks, and Scream Greens from last year and these are much more lightweight, midsole a lot softer and bouncier too. Makes me wish they were all like this.

My first pair of the Air Huarache..have Trainers & others..damn..I thought they felt insane when I put them on..hopefully they remain this comfortable in the future..I might cop more pairs of this model.

If u mean the ones I just posted FNL has them still I think..the White pair looked like all the others..I actually had a chance to look at them & the plastic heel strap was mad yellow towards the midsole..watch for that.

the red ones in the post above

Tried the turqoise/gold OGs today. Had to go up .5 lengthwise but for some reason the sockliner didn't feel as tight (tight in a comfortable way) as Huas used to do (my last pair is the white/volt wms c/w) and the whole shoe felt a bit wide and loose.

Then I tried my regular size, those were def. too small. So no pair for me.

Womens shoes have smaller widths than mens.
