I think it's been called Nike Huarache Oreo. Looks like Orca MkII.

I gotta agree with @JJ Watt, I'm a 10.5 in most Nikes and that's what I got in the beige/crimson last week. If I had to I could go up a half size but I'd def be swimming in a full size up.

It's a "heck yeah I got my 2004 retro right here and I need to wear them before they deteriorate but hopeful Nike does a proper retro soon" post.

I think in the technical since yeah, they have the same stretchy material and back strap feel as the huaraches. They came out about the same time as well. I was the only one with them in my high school.
