I wonder what Rose's camp and management are disconnected on now? Which FA to pursue? Allowing Rose to get raked over the coals in the media again?
This core (Rose, Noah, Thibs) has a 2 year window to win a chip, IMO.

Agreed, to some degree. He needs to seriously consider allowing professionals to handle his image/message/etc. Perhaps too loyal to some people in his inner circle to a fault.

Yes. Seems like he is too loyal to his brothers, which I understand, but it doesn't help him if he complains about things when he hasn't even been on the court the past few years. A PR guy would help him tremendously.

Your buddy is the 2nd person who's heard of the disconnect. Someone I know ran into Reggie Rose on Tuesday somewhere in the South Loop. Reggie said almost the same thing that Taj did.

I'm seriously baffled and angered by Rose's team.
Like what are you upset or butting heads over?? If anything you showed management and your city/fan base that it's not above you to go out and try to help recruit other big names. Why is it that every time we take a step in the right direction or do something positive, it'll get tarnished or something negative will come out of it?? WTH is going on???
Obviously none of us know the behind the scenes/inner workings of the organization but at this point if I'm in Rose's camp my goal is simple.....
Don't get distracted by media outlets
Stay on course and continue to workout and play in full contact
Keep his idiot brother out of anything ball related
I know I touched on it before when I said that I wouldn't put him in the FiBA games because I wasn't sure how losing out or not making the team would affect his mental psyche. But now I'm 100% sure we need to tread carefully here with Rose. Mentally we need to nurture and walk him slowly into the season.

It's been this way for a few years now. Reggie and BJ Armstrong aren't helping Rose at all. Reggie talks too much and Derrick will not tell him when to chill.

Two years ago I was thinking he'd somehow end up a Laker after his latest contract is up and maybe Thibs joins him. I think @Seymore CAKE thinks the same, if I remember correctly. Rose/Thibs/Noah are a package deal, IMO.

Yeah I pretty much knew it was coming when Reggie b!tchd and moaned about not having enough talent around Rose 2 years ago. What was crazy to me was how he would say this a year after signing that huge contract (which is a big reason why we have lil cap room). When players start talking about not having enough, I take that as "my excuse to abandon ship" statement.
What makes it all sad is how much the hometown kid loved playing for his city and wanted nothing more than to bring back championships to his beloved city. Where did our humble, innocent, home grown hero go? Or where did we lose him?

It was Taj brother, text prolly got it mixed up. But yeah it's obvious the disconnect is there... Hard to tell your brother he's gotta go, but Reggie just need to play the background man... Collect them checks and trust that a professional won't F pooh over... It's getting outve hand. It'll be 50xs worse then this once Derrick is a FA

Best thing is if we can get a ring outta him in the next three years. I'm guessing the CBA will be the same in that he can get most from Bulls unless a SnT is used. We damn sure struggle to attract superstars. I guess we will see if we can keep one.
