One thing is for sure: Democrats will outperform Hillary Clinton’s vote share by much more in South Carolina 5 than Georgia 6. A big reason why? Georgia’s election is on track for a historic turnout in excess of 250,000 voters. Meanwhile, South Carolina’s election may have drawn fewer than 100,000 voters. Democrats are fired up everywhere, but after all the hype, Republican voters were more engaged in Georgia than South Carolina.

First Hawks trade dwight and now Handle up by five points right now Repbulican voters standards are so low its infuriating

Damn really thought Osoff had a shot at the upset...

Losing to a women who legit said she doesn't support a liveable wage :smh:

@An Armada why is Cobb county so red just wondering?
Short answer...Cobb was one of the counties a lot of white people went too when they started to leave the city (white flight), since then Cobb has been largely conservative similar things happened in alot of northern metro Atlanta counties. (The demographics are changing now though slowly because of gentrification back to the city and downtown)

Cobb have a history have producing some ****ed elected officals. Lester Maddox(segregationist), Larry McDonald (opposed desegregating busses) you can also thank them for Newt Gingrinch.

Dean Heller said he's gonna risk his Senate seat over voting in favor of the AHCA.

Get your mans, @RustyShackleford

He is running 7 points behind a "generic democrat" in early polling.

Dude is really beating it all on low turnout next year.

Dude is a certified clown. Sheldon Adelson must have slid him the bag

At least the part of my county (Dekalb) thats in District 6 did its job I knew they would Ossof won 73% of them but like Rusty said that district as a whole is still trending blue over the years. Atlanta and Georgia as a whole has some interesting times coming

I can already sense those grubby and chubby little orange fingers typing up a boast parade on Twitter tomorrow morning  :x

I gotta give the props to Repubs on this one, they sure know how to gang up and vote

You reap what you sow though

I hope to god Bernie doesn't act like an idiot and criticize Ossof, I know his Da Bros will, but I hope he has some kinda sense.

It's not a safe Republican district, it's trending Dem. Clinton nearly won it. Ossoff's campaign was embarrassing.

That’s from a progressive activist. If Handel wins, I think we’re going to see the Bernie wing criticizing Ossoff’s not-as-populist campaign pretty strongly in the next few days.

Its sad their ridiculous attack ads work and that charges up their base, nothing about policy just telling you the other side of evil I dont understand how they dont see that as insulting to their intelligence. They will vote for anyone with that R next to their name no matter what.

They already been criticizing Ossoff before the special election....makes you wonder who they really are

Hypocrites. Because they weren't bringing that same energy when Banjo Man in Montana loss to a WWE wrestler

Didn't agree with all of the dudes policy positions but I dont know how well an unabashed Lib would've done in a traditionally hard red district...

Just wish all this effort Dems put in these kinds of close races actually paid off now and then. Feels like they're usually tight but never end up getting flipped all the way blue :smh:
