The ACA beat a fillibuster, and the 60th vote was an independent who was his preferred choice for VP.

The GOP got amendments in, we had over a year of debate, and moderates we're threaten not to vote in favor of the bill, and tort reform was the major GOP proposal.

It's forever **** a McCain for me. Don't be fooled by this--as noted in his full remarks, he still wants to take away healthcare that DOES work for millions of people. And he has no problem echoing Da Bigot's fake talking points about the ACA to justify it.

Can't trust him to do the right thing again.

Its funny cause you know they wont use this logic when it comes to working together with Democrats to fix Obamacare instead of "letting it die" They will gladly sit on their hands then and do nothing.

Hearing what Mitch Mcturtle said yesterday made my blood boil this morning. These terrible people can not and will not take any responsibility for anything. It's so insulting and disgusting.

How quickly they forget the last 8 years.

How quickly do they forget how unwilling the Republican leadership has been to take the sole blame for where we are today.

They welcomed hate within their ranks to win elections, and now that same hate is consuming them from the inside. Still, they won't go down without dragging the olive-branch-extending democrats with them.
