sounds nice but i think everything we know about negative polarization says the opposite.

Negative polarization will indeed be the work horse for Biden’s campaign.
I’m talking about how to get people who are on the fence between voting for Biden on the one hand and voting for a protest candidate on the other.

Clearly, there is a subset of those voters like this that could help to decide this election. Those voters have heard “but Trump is worse” many times already and it hasn’t achieved the desired result of converting those people into solid Biden voters.

So how do you win them over? Clearly, mentioning Donald Trump hasn’t worked. So I’m putting out suggestions on how to win over skeptical leftists, especially younger skeptical leftists. I have had some success to that end and I’m sharing what I have found to be the most successful technique.

In general, people respond better to an affirmation of their worldview/material interests, followed by a call to action based on shared interest, than they do when presented with a threat (even if the person making the case didn’t create nor controls that threat).

My Ford Explorer practically drives itself on highways with all the automated stuff, but if you take your hands off the steering wheel for just two seconds, it alerts you and basically yells at you: "PUT YOUR HANDS BACK ON THE WHEEL YOU DUMB ***".

I find it very interesting that the pro-Zionists are never asked to be mindful of the company they keep.

As long as you support Israeli/US interests, you get a pass for hating actual Jewish people.

After the IDF Navy kills everyone on board and sinks the ships, get ready for the mental gymnastics from all the Zionists who condemned Yemen for enforcing its own blockade.
