I'm thinking bigger picture, car repos are high, credit cards maxed, need more pressure to crack the housing market so I can blow this nest egg. We already got the 2000's clothes back, Sydney Sweeney bringing back milkers from the 2000's, Sexxy Red using Hurricane Chris samples and Soulja boys.

Let me get one of them 2000's housing market crashes and recessions b. Jerome coming through.

As long as we continue to allow large REITs, PE, and Hedge funds to continue to invest in single family housing I agree.

I still think they should have never let them do it on this scale and let the housing market die in Florida and the south post 2008. But now we are here

Yep, institutional money is involved now.

If it goes down they’ll just buy more.

No we should have never let them do it but it’s not surprising.

It’s good money to be made on raw land right now if you can afford it and the property taxes.

It’s popping off in South Dakota and Wyoming.
