You can slap **** like that together for anyone. From O.J. to a career politician.

What's the matter, Drumpf? Your "YES! I predicted this and I'm the man because of it!" gloating rampage after the Orlando shooting where you exploited the dead for your own self promotion while their bodies weren't even cold yet somehow didn't work out?

30 minutes of video and 30 years of predicting the same doom and gloom without any substance. it was cute when he was a naïve-looking young adult.

Off question, but would you guys work for an organization, a think thank that has views opposite your own? not driving their vision, just an operational role. ie Ninja and blco working at Center for American Progress doing whatever you do now.

so one person can handle a crisis, unite the country, handle foreign policy, and be a good commander-in-chief.

the other can change business-as-usual, deal with the economy, and be honest/straightforward.

the rest are a wash. interesting still.

Anyone who works for financial services and is progressive is somewhat doing this already as the motive is profit at all costs with no damns about anything else. I mean I don't care honestly, as long as I get paid  I'm highly progressive and don't mind paying more taxes if services improve and whatnot, but higher income is my primary motive. But I understand that my taxes are going to provide services for myself and for those who aren't as fortunate.

read this in a GQ article defending Stephanie curry:

Public opinion is whiplash-level fickle. Dwight Howard used to be a beloved goofball and now you can’t think of him without thinking of either a whoopie-cushion or existential dread. Kevin Love went from potential Top 5 player to garbage man to redeemed role-player in the space of...two seasons? But towering over them all is LeBron James. LeBron has been sanctified as a hometown hero, then cursed as a traitor, he’s been called a choke-artist, he’s both failed and prevailed on the biggest stage in the world. LeBron has been ripped to ******* shreds, spending too much of his prime loathed as a coward by blowhards who were personally affronted he wasn’t Michael Jordan. He’s not Jordan, and neither is Curry, and that’s a good thing. Jordan was the Ronald Reagan of the NBA. Jordan never lost in the Finals, and this may have poisoned our perspective on how the greatest players are remembered. Most Republicans don’t really give a **** about Reagan’s policy positions on gun control or immigration or what-have-you. No, what really gets them hard is that Reagan beat the **** out of Democrats in elections, winning in landslides that were just disrespectful. Had Reagan lost in the Finals to Walter Mondale, the current crop of losers trying to graft onto his legacy would be far fewer.

This reminds me of these words of wisdom from Ninja in response to a thread about student debt. the OP contained a case of a female student with $160k student loan debt if I recall correctly.

"How you in debt with a vagina b?"

NBC/WSJ poll

Clinton up with blacks (87-5) Hispanics (69-22), women (52-35), 18-34 (53-30).

Trump up with whites (49-37), men (48-38).

Can we ban polls until at least after the conventions? They mean absolutely nothing this far out. There have literally been elections that have been won within days of voting due to a well placed ad or gaffe. The **** is just fodder.

It was hyperbolic, but all they do is spark more back and forth about electability and not on issues, at this stage.

When Drumpf was up and/or close in several polls a few weeks ago ninja, blco and the brigade happily were posting numbers

i like how trump and his supporters say polls dont matter at this point, but when he's up thats all they/he talk about.
