***Official Political Discussion Thread***

Its good if she did does things early in her career, but overall she has been a horrible politician. Like I said one right or two rights DONT justified all the bad things she has done IN HER CAREER.
so what you're saying is.... if she did the things people say in regards to children, which you're unsure of, it was done early in her career and isn't enough

is that accurate?

No, it's bad on both sides trust me. I'm not okay with a lot fo what went on in those emails either.

But again, why shift focus? What makes you think I'm a diehard supporter of the democratic party?

i find it disingenuous when u show moral indignation only on da GOP side..at least enough for you to post about it...
posting both sides isnt "shifting focus" its balancing both point of views.

And how would you describe a person who stubbornly refuses to acknowledge any sort of flaw of the candidate he supports and diverts all criticism to the opposing candidate?

what about them Trump tax returns Ninja.... you trust your economy to a dude that won't even be transparent about his own finances?

So you're assuming that since you haven't seen me post about it, I didn't take issue with it?

I posted about the Trump thing because I'm at my office and it came up TODAY. The last few weeks I've been unable to post on NT all day. I take issue with the DNC and their email scandal, too. This is the second time that I've said that today.

And this is what I mean. Even when I agree with you when you bring up the democratic party in defense of Trump, you cant seem to get yourself to take a step back and do the same. Instead you want to spend your time focusing on the democratic party when 1. that isn't the topic at hand at the moment and 2. I have conceded to you that the whole email thing was a mess that falls into the lap of the democratic party. The irony of it all is that you're sitting back calling me biased when I've voiced my issues with both sides on numerous occasions.

So don't talk to me about being disingenuous, ninjahood. You don't really want to start talking about who's being disingenuous.

Its not that it isn't enough. Regardless of all the positives she has done, still does not take away the facts of her incompetence thru out her political career.

Yea Trump's excuse was that he was still being audited.. Then the head go the IRS himself came out and said that **** didn't matter, that he could still release his tax returns if he wanted. ***** still ain't done it

Video clip of Ninja's brain trying to come up with a deflection to defend Trump's incompetence:

Da gold medal is coming byke to the Heightz :smokin

I'd say it's more like this:

So why did Pence release a statement distancing himself from the comments, if it was such a joke.

Keep it up, and you're a lock to win gold on the Platanos Beam in Rio

You keep wanting people to look for a secret intelligent meaning in Trump's words, whether it be his bigotry, xenophobia, foreign policy, economics or this.

God forbid we judge the man for his actions and the words coming out of his mouth

I'm pretty sure trump just throws out random **** and the media has no earthy clue what to do. He's not stupid. I don't think eveything he does is without purpose.

Ohh. Now his defenders are going with the 'he just playing dumb' angle

It's all a a part of the plan, you say?

Y'all slayin me

Just read this in a Reddit post is there any truth to this ?

"You want betrayal?
Debbie Wasserman Schultz(DWS) was co-chair of Clintons 2008 presidential run. DWS is now chair of the DNC, she needed to be in order to guarantee a Clinton nom. To get the position of head of the DNC, Sen. Tim Kaine had to step down. What did DWS and Clinton offer him in return? THE VICE PRESIDENCY."

Reddit's politics thread is lit btw

Clinton is spending millions a week on ads vs $0 on Trump's side.

Obama went from laughing at a potential Trump Administration to taking it dead serious now...

and i guess even though no one here is supposed to believe em, da political pundits treat those polls like gospel...and they're shook.
A bump after the convention is a norm though

Let's get the facts here...

Tim Kaine was the chairman of the Democratic National Committee and stepped down in 2011

https://www.washingtonpost.com/loca...o-succeed-webb/2011/04/05/AFVI0KkC_story.html

Timothy M. Kaine announced Tuesday that he would run to succeed retiring Sen. James Webb, giving Virginia Democrats a marquee candidate for a race that could help determine control of the U.S. Senate and the political direction of a rapidly evolving state.

However he didn't step down to allow DWS to become chairwoman, he stepped down cause he wanted to run for Senator.

And DWS was not given the Chairwoman role by Clinton, she was appointed by Obama based on my reading.

http://www.politico.com/story/2011/05/dnc-elects-chairwoman-054280
http://thecaucus.blogs.nytimes.com/...serman-schultz-picked-as-chairwoman-of-d-n-c/

Vice President Joseph R. Biden Jr. disclosed the decision to members of the Democratic National Committee, asking them to “welcome her as President Obama’s choice.”

Sure it's a coincidence but I doubt it's true that this was a conspiracy.

^^^^^^^^^Just like the coincidence that Slick Willie and Lynch where at the same airport at the same time???? hhhmmmm :rolleyes

Kaine quit to run for Senate, DWS didn't take right over from him. It was Obama that picked DWS, and she was very well liked at the time.

Time Kaine was also being vetted to be VP in 2008, and if Biden had chosen to be Secretary of State. He probably would have gotten the nod.

r/politics is conspiracy central when it comes to the Clintons
