Wasn't she cleared of any wrong doing by the justice department? By default I guess that means she has NOT committed a crime. She made a poor choice by misusing sensitive information no doubt, but illegal it was not.

i saw some of the testimony illustrating the reasoning behind deeming it not a crime & it was laughable - it was discretionary & it has gone in her favor
