Trump should just drop the act and introduce the "Rob America Blind Bill" in Congress, that explicitly just funnels money into his family's pockets.

If that infrastructure bill and tax refrom passes, catch Eric Trump in front the Lincoln memorial like.....

He's the finesse king bruh
Look at all da contractors he didn't pay

I'd been playing with it in my mind since he won and I'm thinking of how things would've went if the republicans ran the average candidate but somehow some radical far left look became the nominee for democrats

Someone who really said open border for all immigrants, universal health care and the 1% are gonna pay for it, slashed the military budget, taxed churches, said some foul **** about the religious in an attempt to support the separation of church and state, etc.

I'm thinking that cuz I'm sure it's not far from happening. Like right around the corner.

So if Trump can win, the mantra now is that ANYONE can win right?
Yes, the lie once told to all children is now fact.

The bar isn't even low. There just isn't one anymore.

How successful do any of you think Michelle Obama would be if she decided to pull a Hillary?
She'd win. Convincingly. Whether it's c20, '24 or '28.

He's definitely would win.

It'd be great when he starts off every rally in each state with "FINALLY, .....THE ROCK!...... HAS COME BACK!... TO ________." :nthat:

The Rock is a Republican

And yes Obama has deported more immigrants than any president. But also the number of deportations has decreased every year since he took office in 2009.

There is no way Trump will even try to deport a large % of them. This "deport all illegal immigrants" have been republican campaign points for years now, yet every single racist/republican with money that I've personally known have hired illegal immigrants for construction, landscaping, house cleaning, cooking, etc. I mean Trump himself relies on this population

Yup.. just look at all the new home construction being built in "red" Orange County on the backs of these immigrants.

But yeah no way Trump will be getting rid of this illegal working population anytime soon. Just another empty promise made by the Donald to his uneducated base.

Think OC went blue this year.

Yeah The Rock leans to the right, for some reason even though most of Hollywood are on the left the action stars tend to lean right like Arnold, Stallone etc.

This is a very liberal thread but I imagine I'm only really liberal on social issues. Everywhere else I'm probably conservative or close to it.

The Rock gets my vote :pimp:

Yeah I'm align with what @amel223  said. I am socially liberal (I believe in equal rights for everyone, I am pro choice etc etc) however I am fiscally conservative and I believe in small government, meaning they shouldn't have the power to tell us what to do.

 I'm a libertarian.

I don't really know anything about libertarians lol
They're basically what I said. Socially liberal and fiscally conservative. There is a little more to it if you look into it.

It basically boils down to the govt. needs to leave us alone and not get all in our business. They need to serve us by keeping up infrastructure etc.

Rusty opened my eyes to the real libertarian ideologies and after thinking on them, I'm not a fan.

I do like some of the ideas though. I lean socially liberal as well, but fiscally moderate. Gun to my head, I'd probably be a liberal.

Maybe I don't know "the real" ideologies of  the Libertarians. Did he post a link? I always say I'm a libertarian because when I tell people my beliefs they say that I'm a libertarian. Maybe I don't know the whole story (other than what I've read)

Why is Colombia's article showing up like that? Is it because I'm on mobile?

It happens to me, when I turn my phone sideways it fixes it.

I feel like a lot of people are closer to the middle than they realize.

Sounds like me

Between the Republicans and Democrats, neither of them are fiscally conservative.

They both spend, just on different things.

-So first people should see what the two sides spend money on, and what are they think is best.

-Second, People should worry more about which party is fiscally responsible. Between the Dems, GOP, and even Libertarians, Dems win by a country mile, for many reasons.

Their economic plans have long term benefits and a better economic end game, and America's economy is structured in a way now that demand side policies would work best over supply side.
