Man if he only understood these simple concepts. I'm not even going to attempt to talk to him about compounding. If anything, sneakers are to be used as a short-term investment. He has soles separating from his investments. No one believes the worth of his collection, at least not me.

Even if his shoes are worth 90K, let's say he and his mom are paying $1K less per month than what a decent sized apartment would cost. $90K/$12K=7.5 years worth of rent in a nicer and more spacious apartment (it would actually be more since apartments were obviously cheaper 8 years ago, but you get the point). Clearly his ugly shoes, tacky chains, and "zero overhead" are more important than taking care of his own mom though :rolleyes

 da irony of u judging me straight off what allow to be posted & shown here.

aye duke... lets just say my rent is aint even 4 digits a month in 2016 solid and imma keep it short & cute for u [emoji]128536[/emoji] according to NYS Law, i can make a annual of 300k a year and it still wont go up. me & my moms would laugh off a 6 digit buyout.

when i cop my cuban ill @ u so i can get my healthy dose of NT salt.

speaking of Salt... how's that Jill Stein recount going? :nerd:

Wait 2-3 years to MAYBE sell shoes for retail price? And MAYBE make an extra $100-200 3 Years later? An amount you can make GUARANTEED with a few hours of work/side job? The @#$@? As an accountant, this "logic" angers me :smh:
Does Ninja know the basic accounting equation?

2-3 years to get your initial investment back (as you say).

Yeah but what fun is to just invest in stocks? Oh wow it went up... 52 week high... sell... buy! The only thing to look forward to is what? A year end dividend? :rolleyes

At least with collecting retros especially back in the early 2000's you have some pride and joy seeing which kicks you want to rock or which you want to sell. I remember purchasing doubles.. one to wear.. one to sell. I remember selling the DMP pack a few years back and made more than triple the MSRP however the memories I had on that release day... to me is greater than whatever $$ I received in the long run.
God I can't tell if you're being sarcastic or not with this

Can't really censor folks though, beats the purpose of a debate

Someone really needs to ask Trump about his own words just last year...

Like I said
Trump is like those used car salesman who has a great pitch for selling a crap product
All talk little substance

he said this since da 1st debate though.
He's saving those bankrupt coal businesses too bruh?

January right around da corner b...cant wait. m
Natural gas>>>>>>Coal

Trump doing both though to da chagrin of environmental wackos :pimp:

If you have a choice between MAYBE making an extra $600 3 years from now or making a GUARANTEED extra $600 NOW by working an extra weekend, which one would you choose? A lot of you guys don't understand the value of time

If Ninja wants to live with his mom in his 30s and collect jewelry and sneakers as accomplishments in life that's his choice. It is what it is. All good with me, but Ninja digs his own hole into shots being taken at his lifestyle. If he didn't spend his time looking down on welfare while mooching off government assistance he brags about not needing, then maybe he wouldn't find himself in this position so often. Or mock fastfood workers for being "losers" despite formerly doing the same job.

We both grew up in similar neighborhoods. The difference between you and me is that my parents didn't move here to live in a closet sized apartment for eternity, especially when they and I have the education and skills to do better in life. Even if they didn't have the means to move somewhere nicer, I would've helped them out myself instead of freeloading off them and forcing them to live there. I have standards in life.

@ me with your cuban? Why the hell would I care? I don't care about tacky jewelry, and I interact with people of your mental capacity or lifestyle in the places I live in and travel to. You sending me pics of your cuban would do what for me?

Jill Stein? I've never been a Jill Stein supporter in my life, so I don't get where this is coming from

Okay lets give you 70k. Still you call that high earning? That's a joke of an income considering from the level you talk. I have friends who make close that per month and even they wouldn't talk like you do.

Do even understand how the energy market is trending?
Natural gas is cheaper to frack and more efficient compared to coal and is rising in the global and domestic market compared to coal
Trump can't artificially create a coal demand, especially when global coal demand is at its lowest currently
I will give this Trump promise 3-4 years, and I predict that the coal industry will stagnate or continue declining
