On paper a person can claim to be a nurse with an associates, In most cases they are barely nurses as most jobs won't hire them!

You got to school to learn how to think. Well, undergraduate at a university, specifically. You don't go there to learn a trade.


It's why we require MDs in this country to have a bachelor's degree and often that includes calculus, writing classes, physics, chemistry, and humanities.

Yep although we don't use any of those subjects on a daily basis, It just teaches you 1. Educational discipline (and the weed out process) 2. Critical thinking. i mean when was the last time you used organic chemistry. 


Critical thinking does not help the conservative ideology. 

I still think some aspects of conservative ideology can be consistent with critical thinking. But the current party has, over the past couple decades, heavily espoused the virtues of ignorance and anti-intellectualism more than actual conservative ideals. If anything, ignorance and anti-intellectualism have become their core tenets.

I remember back in the day.... Nursing school was 10% male, and only 10% of those males were straight.

Definitely a great option if you're that 1 straight nurse.

Of course things are shifting now and nursing is not being viewed as much of a female-only field.

And I agree on the male nurses being almost always good. Plenty of female nurses are really good at their job too, of course.

None of the guys in my class were gay but at my hospital internships, the vast majority of my male coworkers were gay and very open about it 

If anything they were usually the friendliest and easiest to get along with

Now has anyone ever seen NH admit he's wrong?...earlier you claimed it only took 4 years to be an NP...a quick Google search could have stopped you from such an ignorant and wrong assumption...

Couldn't even get him to admit to being wrong when he said Hillary's deplorables comment was an insult to half of the country, equating 50% of Trump supporters to half of the country. This error was pointed out at least 3 times and his last post on the matter was "what u mean" still not realizing how his percentages were impossible.

Same thing when he insisted that there are more than 21 days in 3 weeks

To be fair most real New Yorkers born and raised don't even hit up broadway shows. Have you seen the ticket prices not talking about Hamilton but a regular show be like $150 per ticket.
