Ukrainian oligarch Dmytro Firtash arrives for the start of his trial in Vienna on Feb. 21. A final decision on whether to hand him over to the United States will be made by Austria’s justice minister.

This guy has ties to Paul Manafort.

Trevor Noah is hilarious. Funny guy that likes to add a little politics to his comedy act.

Watched one of his acts on netflix. He talked a little bit about the rise of nationalism around the world :

'If there's one country that can't complain about immigration, it's Britain! That country colonized everywhere! ' Loose paraphrase, of course.

But he does make a good point. It's these countries that are most guilty of colonization that be complaining about immigration now. Smh lol

Not alienating but picking up on trends I've seen. People not voting because "it's whatever, I don't care" and "the system is set up to make us think that our votes matter" need to be shown that in most cases, your vote does have an affect, especially at the state and local level.....can u dig it my brutha?

That's because there is a will to be ignorant about the consequences of our foreign policy. Encouraging that ignorance in the public debate is actually necessary for our politicians if they want to maintain the holier-than-thou attitude when foreign policy questions arise. It's much easier to talk about bombing the great Iranian evil when we don't account for the refugee problem and the relocation nightmare that it will create.

Think that's part of a lot of the outrage over the muslim ban,banning people from a lot of the countries that the US was complicit in destabilizing and creating giant refugee crises as a result is deplorable

You bombed them and destroyed their homes and now you cant even let them escape the nightmare you created over some xenophobic attitudes? That's just cruel

Imagine if the States had refused all the refugees from WW1 and WW2...
