I got the nerd through a homer buddah. Also got a few good premium items.

Really need to do that donut hack though. My phone can't be jailbroken right now though :/
 
The gazebo gets you 1000 xp pts. Pretty clutch when you need that extra boost of xp to get to the next level.

You can get 30, 60, even up to 150 donuts from Buddha

Some of ya'll are slumlords with a block of 50 houses next to each other, don't even give a tenant room to open their door.

I have my low-income brown houses right next to the Muntz house and Cletus' farm; all of these houses' focal points is the Springfield Tire fire

Just doing the goals/missions, you can level to 15 quickly and with the Halloween event, it goes by faster.
I thin you can get more exp if you do the farming method (make a bunch of houses to farm cash and xp along with it and worry about making the town look nice later).

If I knew level 22 is max (i'm at level 19 atm) then I might have gone that route too.

you won't get neither of them by saving up only way to get them is to buy donuts in game so do like everybody else and forget about duff man :smh:

Side note this is the 1st game like this were there wasn't a building that could get you in game money 1 donut a day wouldn't hurt
 
I just dl'ed it, so my town is whack right now, but I'm about to add a lot of y'all.
