Who's buying NBA League Pass this year? All 30 teams or 5 teams?

Not worth buying the package imo. Between ESPN, NBA TV, and TNT showing games, you'll see all you need to. Those live look ins on NBATV are money though :smokin. Learned my lesson. Bought it for three years and was like meh.

I've had league pass for several years now and not one year has my info. been sent from my cable company to NBA LP. Each year I'd have to send in my bill to show I had purchased LP. I just switched to Comcast from a regional provider so I hope that is not the case this year.
FYI- Xbox gold is required.
What is the benefit of having your info sent to NBA LP?

And if I get it for Xbox Live, do I still get it on TV too? Do I have one LP account that I can access through cable and Xbox, or can I only access through one of those?

Can you watch NBA League Pass Mobile on your laptop? Like connect your iPhone to your Mac?

Can someone please explain to me how blackouts with league pass work? I live in CT and had direcTV. My cable provider would have been cablevision (which I later switched to anyways). MSG was not a channel that came in in my area for some reason despite getting SNY. Before last season started, I called trying to get the sports pack, and there was MSG. When the game came on, it got blacked out. I called back and had them give me the league pass. Sure enough, both channels the Knicks were on were blacked out (msg and the channel for the other team). I eventually switched to cablevision. Why were the Knicks blacked out? My theory was that because I was in a cablevision area (owners of the knicks), they were blocking out the games for me since I went to their competition.

Depends on the team you follow. My team is rarely a prime time game on those channels. Plus, I like to watch games from around the league throughout the night.

When you purchase the TV version you get broadband/mobile and xbox access. Not sure if you get TV if you purchase through xbox live. I would assume so since they're the same price.

^ True. Since I don't follow one team only, it's cool. I'm a basketball fan period so it doesn't matter to me. Since I found certain back channels to watch games, it's been all good anyway

If someone can figure out how to get around the blackouts on the Xbox app, let me know. Works like a charm on my PC but I want to get the xbox past all the blackouts.

I don't understand why a 1-team package isn't available.

1 team for $30-$40 and I'm all over it, but I have no interest in the 4 other teams.

Decided to upgrade from 5 teams to all 30 on broadband. I'll hook up to my TV when I feel like it.

Hope its good to go by tomorrow.

Second year with LP. If I had to pick 5 teams I would have a tough time. Can always watch replays on broadband any time of the year. I don't have NBATV on my DTV package so I get another channel along with LP. It's worth it to me. >D

5th straight season with International League Pass Broadband. My laptop has HDMI out, quality is flawless when hooked up to my TV. Don't know how I'd live without LP.

Pleasantly surprised with how clean the picture is on the iPhone; I was expecting it to be pixelated. Will be nice to use when I'm away from home.

Wait, Im away at school and in my place I dont have cable or anything. If I buy the League Pass all the national televised games are going to be blacked out for me??

Me and my brother are thinking of splitting the League Pass we are in different towns same state. My cable company does not provide League Pass but my brothers does. Would I be able to use it on the xbox if he is on his phone or broadband? Or vice versa. Help would be appreciated.

Yes, at least that's how it's been in past years. As long as you have the login info, you can get on through the proper device (another comp, mobile) even if someone else is on too.

Also it will recognize where you're logged in from and the local team will be blacked out. So if you're logged on in LA, the Lakers will be blacked out; if your brother is logged in at the same time in Miami, the Heat will be blacked out for him.

Does anyone know if multiple IPs/computers can watch with one account? I'm looking to split this with three other friends.

Only quirk I noticed is that on Xbox the games are delayed by about 5-10 minutes. Perhaps it was a hiccup.
Is this true? Are the games live, or is there a delay?

What is the speed like on Xbox? Is there ever any lagging? What speed should my connection be running at to ensure that I don't have lagging?

So can you use the same account from multiple locations? Can I watch LP in one house on the TV, and then from the Xbox at the other house?

My boy brought his xbox over with the league pass, it was pretty amazing. Not sure if the games were delayed but the quality was great even with the split screen...watching 2 games at once with no lag.

My question is since Charter doesnt carry NBATV, is there a way to get that channel through league pass or something? We weren't able to watch the Spurs-Hornets game last night.

so many games are aired locally and NBATV, ESPN, ABC....don't really have a need for it esp since games can get boring.

This pretty much sums up how I feel. NBATV on Tues, ESPN Wed & Fri, TNT on Thur, ABC on Sun. Too much action there to pay for the league pass. I got a buddy that does it every season, but he's a Lakers fan.
